SBA Loan Specialist

Job Summary

SBA Loan Specialist is a remote position responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of loan/card applications, preparing packages for underwriting, and maintaining documentation, requiring a high school diploma and some banking or loan processing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure loan/card applications and supporting documentation are accurate and complete
• Prepare loan/card packages for underwriting and enter applications into the Loan/Card Origination System
• Research and resolve lending inquiries and issues while maintaining organized files

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some previous banking or loan processing experience
• Basic knowledge of lending processes and documentation
• Good organizational and customer service skills
• Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software
