SBA Portfolio Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SBA Portfolio Manager to provide relationship management support in monitoring and servicing an existing portfolio of complex loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a defined portfolio of existing SBA commercial loan customers
• Proactively monitor customer performance and address requests requiring specialized knowledge
• Ensure timely receipt of required post-close documents and assist with special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years experience in commercial credit, commercial banking, or a related field
• Direct SBA experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of loan policy and risk management practices
• Ability to assess financial performance and identify risk mitigation strategies
• Team-first mentality
