SBA Portfolio Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the management and performance of the SBA loan portfolio, the full-time remote SBA Portfolio Manager will collaborate with internal partners to ensure effective portfolio management, maintain client relationships, and drive portfolio performance while ensuring compliance with SBA regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of SBA loans, focusing on 7(a) lending products and maintaining relationships for over 100 transactions
• Monitor high-risk loans and prepare quarterly Problem Loan Reports in compliance with credit and business line requirements
• Facilitate servicing actions for borrowers and guide them through SBA compliance processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in SBA loan underwriting, analysis, or portfolio management
• Knowledge of SBA 7(a), Express, Capline, and 504 loan programs
• Familiarity with loan documentation and portfolio management practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, nCino, and Docusign
