SBA Relationship Liaison

Job Summary

Supporting a team of assigned SBA Lenders, the full-time remote SBA Relationship Liaison will manage customer experience, facilitate transaction coordination, and ensure effective problem resolution while maintaining documentation integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Supports the Commercial Banking Team in managing client portfolios and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Coordinates transactions with clients and third-party consultants, ensuring all required documentation is collected
• Collaborates with internal departments and outside vendors to maintain full cycle integrity in customer interactions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience managing portfolios of approximately $100M or greater
• Previous experience in a banking environment, particularly in sales or customer-facing roles
• Knowledge of banking terminology and products related to SBA
• Prior experience with core banking systems, such as Fiserv and Abrigo, preferred
