Job Summary

A company is looking for an SBA Servicing Analyst to support post-closing loan activities and ensure compliance with SBA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with SBA SOPs, lender policies, and federal regulations through regular audits and reviews
• Assist in developing and implementing efficient workflows to enhance servicing activities
• Serve as a key contact for lenders and borrowers, ensuring clear communication and timely responses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SBA loan servicing or related commercial loan servicing roles
• Comprehensive knowledge of servicing guidelines, SOP requirements, and federal compliance standards
• Proficiency with loan servicing systems, reporting tools, and document management platforms
• Familiarity with SBA liquidation processes and a commitment to ongoing training and compliance
