Job Summary

A company is looking for an SBA Servicing Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts and portfolios, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Perform various operational tasks related to customer, vendor, and associate inquiries
• Develop relationships with customers to streamline service experiences and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with no experience in Support, Operations, or Customer Service, or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience
• Preferred experience in SBA servicing and operations
• Proficient in PCFS and experienced with E-Tran
• Able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of RIMS and BOSS is a plus
