Job Summary

A company is looking for an SBA Specialist to facilitate the SBA loan process for small business owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, providing updates and answering loan-related questions
  • Ensure borrowers complete requested documentation and assist in gathering and submitting required SBA loan documents
  • Track and manage all assigned deals through to completion using the CRM, while maintaining clear and accurate notes
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in lending, banking, or financial services (SBA lending experience preferred but not required)
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and keep borrowers engaged
  • Quota-driven mindset, comfortable working in a sales-influenced role with performance targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple deals at various stages
