SC Licensed Case Management Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing a team of case managers, the full-time SC Licensed Case Management Supervisor will manage daily operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide training and support to staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and ensure customer service standards are met
• Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations to team members
• Collaborate with various teams to implement best practices and achieve departmental goals

Required qualifications:

• Current RN license with a Master's degree in Health, Psychology, or Social Services
• At least 3 years of clinical practice experience
• Certification as a CCM (or willingness to pursue certification)
• Experience in workers' compensation case management and supervision preferred
• Strong knowledge of case management laws and regulations
