Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney Represented Bodily Injury Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and/or bodily injury with attorney/litigation involvement
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service
• Engage in negotiation processes to reach fair and timely injury settlements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in third-party casualty adjusting, first-party collision, and third-party property damage claims
• Ability to handle a high volume of pending cases
• Must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zones
• Remote work capability
• Legal knowledge related to automobile accidents and bodily injury claims
