SCADA Services Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SCADA Services Manager to oversee technical and managerial tasks related to water and wastewater treatment facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a service team for routine and emergency services
• Maintain and coordinate an automated service ticketing system and manage service requests
• Conduct QA/QC functions and provide mentoring to junior staff

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in an applicable engineering field from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of 8 years of professional work experience in a technical position, leading a team
• Demonstrated skills and abilities required of a service level manager
• Experience with asset inventory management of SCADA hardware and software
• Familiarity with Health & Safety and Electrical safety best practices
