Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scale Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver content and programs to help customers adopt products/services and prevent churn
  • Identify customer challenges, suggest solutions, and drive retention and expansion opportunities
  • Utilize customer success platform data to inform and implement segment-specific success programs

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of customer-facing role experience in a software company
  • Proficiency in CX or analytics platforms
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and analyzing customer data
  • Understanding of financial services industry
  • Ability to grasp complex topics and communicate effectively based on audience
