Scale Management Lead

Job Summary

Overseeing enterprise scale systems across multiple vendors, the full-time remote Scale Management Lead will manage scale operations, ensure accurate integrations, and drive continuous improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support scale systems across various vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance in scale labeling and pricing data
• Oversee data integration and file management, troubleshooting inconsistencies and maintaining data integrity across platforms
• Collaborate with distributed teams to manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment on priorities and deliverables

Required qualifications

• Proven experience with multi-vendor scale management systems
• Strong understanding of scale labeling, weight-based pricing systems, and data integration formats (XML, CSV, etc.)
• Experience with network configuration, including TCP/IP and wireless services
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues efficiently
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
