Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scaled Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement end-to-end scaled programs for onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion outcomes
  • Advocate for customer needs to internal teams and partners
  • Identify and target strategic customers to drive up monthly active users and seat expansion

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience at a fast-growing software company
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience managing a large volume of accounts
  • Experience with SalesForce and Customer Success tooling
  • High sense of urgency and ability to handle high-stress interactions
