Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scaled Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a large portfolio of customers through tech touch, 1-to-many efforts, and automation
  • Design and execute outreach campaigns to drive Appcues adoption
  • Identify strategic customers, engage with them, and drive usage expansion

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Proven track record of increasing adoption and retention in a SaaS organization
  • Experience managing a large volume of accounts
  • Intrinsic motivation to excel and contribute to a team
  • Adaptability to a rapidly changing business environment
