Required Qualifications
- 4-7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Consulting, or a program-oriented SaaS role
- Experience managing high-volume books of business using scaled or pooled customer success motions
- Demonstrated ability to drive business outcomes beyond product usage
- Experience in building repeatable onboarding and lifecycle programs
- Data-informed mindset with the ability to synthesize account signals into clear actions
