Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a pooled book of scaled customers, managing the end-to-end customer lifecycle
  • Drive onboarding, adoption, and renewal readiness through the execution of repeatable success motions
  • Monitor customer health and usage trends, proactively addressing issues and collaborating with Sales, Support, and Product teams
Required Qualifications
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a customer-facing B2B SaaS role
  • Experience managing multiple customers simultaneously in a scaled or high-volume model
  • Familiarity with CRM and Customer Success platforms, with preference for HubSpot and ChurnZero
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort operating within defined processes
  • Interest in cybersecurity and willingness to build domain expertise over time
