Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scaled Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the health and outcomes of a scaled portfolio of ~1,500 customers, focusing on onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion
  • Design and execute segmented 1:many engagement campaigns and personalized monthly adoption email campaigns
  • Analyze product usage data to identify retention risks and growth opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager or similar role in a scaling B2B SaaS organization
  • Familiarity with technical products, particularly databases (Postgres/SQL), AWS, or infrastructure concepts
  • Experience running segmented or scaled customer engagement programs
  • Comfortable analyzing product usage data to identify churn risk and expansion opportunities
  • Experience collaborating with RevOps and Marketing on lifecycle campaigns or segmentation efforts
