Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scaled Customer Success Manager to manage a high-volume customer portfolio and drive customer adoption and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 100-150 customers, ensuring effective onboarding and adoption of products
- Collaborate with Sales to define success criteria and ensure a smooth transition from sales to post-sales
- Analyze customer data to identify risks and opportunities, driving customer outcomes and retention metrics
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a customer-facing role within a SaaS environment
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage a high volume of customers
- Proficiency in analyzing data sets and translating insights into actionable strategies
- Self-motivated and highly organized with a proactive mindset
- Ability to influence decision-makers and guide customers toward achieving their goals
