Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scaled Customer Success Manager to manage a high-volume customer portfolio and drive customer adoption and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 100-150 customers, ensuring effective onboarding and adoption of products
  • Collaborate with Sales to define success criteria and ensure a smooth transition from sales to post-sales
  • Analyze customer data to identify risks and opportunities, driving customer outcomes and retention metrics
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a customer-facing role within a SaaS environment
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage a high volume of customers
  • Proficiency in analyzing data sets and translating insights into actionable strategies
  • Self-motivated and highly organized with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to influence decision-makers and guide customers toward achieving their goals
