Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of employer clients using a digital-first engagement model
  • Establish trusted relationships with key customer contacts and drive adoption and satisfaction through scalable programs
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to customer-facing resources


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SMB or scaled customer success, account management, or sales
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize requests
  • Proven ability to measure and communicate business needs to customers
  • Experience using an enterprise CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities as the company scales
