Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scaled Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a shared book of SMB customers, driving outcomes through data
  • Achieve revenue and retention goals by reducing churn and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars to ensure customer success and product adoption
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer-facing, revenue-tied roles such as customer success or account management
  • Proven ability to meet performance targets and quotas in a proactive manner
  • Basic understanding of financial reports and their relation to business health
  • Familiarity with accounting systems such as QuickBooks or similar tools
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing, revenue-responsible role in a SaaS company is preferred
