Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scaled Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a shared book of SMB customers, driving outcomes through data
- Achieve revenue and retention goals by reducing churn and identifying upsell opportunities
- Conduct training sessions and webinars to ensure customer success and product adoption
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in customer-facing, revenue-tied roles such as customer success or account management
- Proven ability to meet performance targets and quotas in a proactive manner
- Basic understanding of financial reports and their relation to business health
- Familiarity with accounting systems such as QuickBooks or similar tools
- 2+ years in a customer-facing, revenue-responsible role in a SaaS company is preferred
