Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scaled Customer Success Manager to enhance customer engagement and support for veterinary teams post-implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain automated engagement programs to support hospital adoption and growth
  • Audit hospital progress post go-live and implement system improvements based on findings
  • Serve as the primary contact for hospitals ready to expand their use of the platform and intervene when necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Veterinary practice experience is required
  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience focused on retention or growth
  • Experience with automation and CRM tools for building automated communications
  • A builder mindset with the ability to achieve goals independently
  • Strong written communication skills tailored for hospital teams
