Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scaled Customer Success Manager to enhance customer engagement and support for veterinary teams post-implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain automated engagement programs to support hospital adoption and growth
- Audit hospital progress post go-live and implement system improvements based on findings
- Serve as the primary contact for hospitals ready to expand their use of the platform and intervene when necessary
Required Qualifications
- Veterinary practice experience is required
- At least 2 years of customer-facing experience focused on retention or growth
- Experience with automation and CRM tools for building automated communications
- A builder mindset with the ability to achieve goals independently
- Strong written communication skills tailored for hospital teams
