Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scaled Customer Success Manager to engage and grow their Tech Touch customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate value and drive platform adoption to achieve GDR and NDR goals
  • Manage inbound customer conversations and leverage resources to address customer needs
  • Participate in and enhance existing 1:many Programs such as Office Hours and Trainings
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of success in a Customer Success role
  • Experience managing a large, growing cohort of customers with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience using Customer Success Platforms
  • Understanding of Customer Success metrics and KPIs
  • Passion for helping customers and commitment to exceptional service
