Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scaled Customer Success Manager to engage and grow their Tech Touch customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate value and drive platform adoption to achieve GDR and NDR goals
- Manage inbound customer conversations and leverage resources to address customer needs
- Participate in and enhance existing 1:many Programs such as Office Hours and Trainings
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of success in a Customer Success role
- Experience managing a large, growing cohort of customers with a solution-oriented mindset
- Experience using Customer Success Platforms
- Understanding of Customer Success metrics and KPIs
- Passion for helping customers and commitment to exceptional service
