Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scaled Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the health and outcomes of a portfolio of ~1,500 customers, focusing on onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion
- Design and execute segmented engagement campaigns and personalized adoption email campaigns
- Analyze product usage data to identify retention risks and growth opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps and Marketing
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager or similar role in a B2B SaaS organization
- Experience with technical products, particularly databases (Postgres/SQL) and infrastructure concepts
- Ability to engage technical stakeholders and translate technical complexity into business value
- Experience running segmented customer engagement programs and analyzing product usage data
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in Customer Success
