Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scaled Customer Success Manager to drive value and engagement for a digital portfolio of customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion for a digital-tier customer portfolio
  • Implement digitally scaled engagement strategies, including lifecycle campaigns and automated content
  • Utilize data and AI tools to monitor customer health, predict risks, and identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong commercial acumen for supporting renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Familiarity with digital-first customer success motions and automation tools
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools for customer insights and risk detection
  • Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
