Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scaled Customer Success Manager to drive value and engagement for a digital portfolio of customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion for a digital-tier customer portfolio
- Implement digitally scaled engagement strategies, including lifecycle campaigns and automated content
- Utilize data and AI tools to monitor customer health, predict risks, and identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong commercial acumen for supporting renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
- Familiarity with digital-first customer success motions and automation tools
- Experience using AI-enabled tools for customer insights and risk detection
- Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
