Job Summary
To support a growing customer base, the full-time salaried Scaled Customer Success Manager will leverage technology and operational rigor to develop strategies for customer retention and growth, ensuring a seamless experience with Brex's financial services while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Independently develop strategies to retain and grow Brex customers using automation platforms
- Design and execute one-to-many programs, including email campaigns and webinars, to drive product adoption
- Proactively monitor accounts and partner with sales teams to identify expansion opportunities
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing, marketing, or program management roles
- Experience in a SaaS or Fintech organization
- Proven ability to engage with a high volume of customers throughout the customer lifecycle
- Strong relationship-building skills with a track record of collaboration
- Creative self-starter with a passion for customer success and achieving goals
