Job Summary

To support a growing customer base, the full-time salaried Scaled Customer Success Manager will leverage technology and operational rigor to develop strategies for customer retention and growth, ensuring a seamless experience with Brex's financial services while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Independently develop strategies to retain and grow Brex customers using automation platforms
  • Design and execute one-to-many programs, including email campaigns and webinars, to drive product adoption
  • Proactively monitor accounts and partner with sales teams to identify expansion opportunities
Required qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing, marketing, or program management roles
  • Experience in a SaaS or Fintech organization
  • Proven ability to engage with a high volume of customers throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a track record of collaboration
  • Creative self-starter with a passion for customer success and achieving goals
