Job Summary
To support a growing customer base, the full-time Scaled Customer Success Manager will manage high volumes of customer interactions, lead onboarding and training activities, and develop scalable solutions to enhance customer experiences in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop self-service resources and customer education materials to enhance onboarding and support
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline customer interactions and workflows
- Analyze customer feedback and support trends to drive operational improvements and enhance customer success programs
Required qualifications
- Experience in Customer Success, Support, Onboarding, or Customer Operations within a SaaS environment
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Experience conducting customer training or implementation activities
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes
