A company is looking for a Scaled Operations Program Manager, QA in Trust and Safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable QA frameworks to ensure accuracy and efficiency in moderation decisions
• Establish KPIs and quality metrics to monitor agent performance and process effectiveness
• Identify gaps in workflows and recommend improvements through automation and training enhancements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, content moderation, or trust & safety operations
• Deep understanding of Trust & Safety and regulatory compliance requirements
• Proven ability to design and optimize QA frameworks in high-volume settings
• Experience with AI-driven moderation tools and quality monitoring platforms
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
