Job Summary

Managing a high-volume book of business, the full-time remote Scaled Renewal Manager will identify customer risks, guide renewal conversations, and ensure contract accuracy while driving successful renewals across HubSpot's scaled customer segment.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify customer health risks and guide customers through the renewal lifecycle
  • Lead renewal and commercial conversations, including negotiation and documentation
  • Engage customers through various communication channels to ensure clarity and alignment with their business goals
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Contract Management, or related customer-facing SaaS roles
  • Comfort leading conversations involving renewals and complex topics
  • Ability to diagnose customer goals and provide structured recommendations
  • Experience managing multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interpret customer health metrics to guide prioritization
