Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scaled Sales Associate for SMB.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high volume email inbound requests using established playbooks to deliver net new revenue
  • Qualify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/plans via email and video calls
  • Guide customers through the sales process, ensuring customer retention and identifying upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in an SMB/Growth Account Executive or customer-facing B2B role in a high volume environment, ideally SaaS
  • Experience selling or discussing multiple solutions with customers
  • Ability to manage multiple customer conversations while maintaining quality
  • Experience meeting KPIs/targets and using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
  • Familiarity with MEDDPIC and BANT is a plus
