Job Summary
To enhance client engagement and success, the contract Scaled Success Manager will focus on developing and executing strategies for customer onboarding, training, and retention in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Conduct training sessions and onboarding for new clients to ensure effective use of services
- Monitor client engagement metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Experience in customer success or account management, preferably in the education sector
- Proven ability to develop training materials and conduct engaging training sessions
- Strong analytical skills to assess client engagement and success metrics
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple client accounts
