Job Summary

To enhance client engagement and success, the contract Scaled Success Manager will focus on developing and executing strategies for customer onboarding, training, and retention in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct training sessions and onboarding for new clients to ensure effective use of services
  • Monitor client engagement metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement
Required qualifications
  • Experience in customer success or account management, preferably in the education sector
  • Proven ability to develop training materials and conduct engaging training sessions
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client engagement and success metrics
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple client accounts
