Scan Data Programs Manager

Job Summary

Managing retailer onboarding and weekly scan data submissions, the full-time remote Scan Data Programs Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for retailers and CPG partners, ensuring operational efficiency and communication across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the onboarding process for retailers, coordinating technical setups and tracking milestones to ensure timely go-lives
• Publish weekly health reports on scan data submissions, monitoring and addressing any issues with retailers and engineering teams
• Engage with CPG partners on issue resolution and compliance, maintaining clear communication and tracking all interactions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program coordination, implementation management, or operations
• Experience with ticketing and project tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Salesforce)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with external and internal stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a disciplined approach to process management and reporting
• Bachelor's degree preferred, with familiarity in retail technology or CPG industries being a plus
