Scan Verification Associate

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and quality-focused, the part-time hourly Scan Verification Associate will verify the accuracy of outgoing letters, perform quality control inspections, and reconcile piece counts while working onsite at the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile piece counts and perform quality control inspections on all jobs based on departmental guidelines
• Audit reports and signatures on job tickets to ensure compliance with production logging
• Identify and set aside jobs needing additional work or missing pieces, while assisting with general housekeeping tasks

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience navigating web browsers required
• Basic math and reading skills required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods
