Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key technical resource for enterprise customers in the legacy space
• Deliver proactive services including education workshops and expert guidance
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure project deliveries align with customer milestones

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in SCCM and Intune
• Experience in providing support and troubleshooting for SCCM/Intune
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 imaging and updates for business
• Experience with CO-Management and Desired Configuration Management
• Maintain and extend relevant accreditations and certifications
