Job Summary

A company is looking for an SCCM/Intune Consultant to provide technical support and guidance for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key technical resource for enterprise customers in the legacy space
• Deliver proactive services including workshops, assessments, and expert guidance
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure project alignment with customer milestones

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in SCCM and Intune
• Experience in providing end-to-end support and troubleshooting for SCCM/Intune
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 imaging and updates for business
• Experience with co-management and desired configuration management
• Ability to maintain and extend relevant accreditations and certifications
