SCCM Intune Support Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a 4 Intune Engineer to provide technical support for Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 support for SCCM and Intune environments, including troubleshooting and request resolution
- Assist customers in transitioning workloads from SCCM to Intune and analyze logs to identify root causes of issues
- Document support requests and collaborate with engineering teams for advanced troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- Experience with SCCM/MECM and Intune environments
- Proficiency in PowerShell, SQL, and reporting tools like PowerBI
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and mobile device management
- Experience with automation and integration solutions
- Knowledge of certificates, PKI, and RBAC principles
