Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates scheduling and referrals to other healthcare providers and services
• Maintains and updates provider contact information and patient data in the electronic medical system

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience

• Frequent physical activities including lifting, carrying, and keyboard use
