Job Summary
To support the internal staffing agency division, the full-time Scheduler will manage and update schedules, communicate with Care Initiatives buildings regarding open shifts, and ensure staffing needs are met while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and update schedules using the online scheduling portal, adjusting for budgetary constraints and staffing needs
- Communicate open shifts to Nurses and Aides, collaborating with building management and Regional Directors to fulfill staffing vacancies
- Maintain meticulous attendance records and assist with the disciplinary process for excessive absences or tardiness
Required qualifications
- High school education or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Availability for on-call rotation every other weekend from Friday at 5pm to Monday at 8am
