Job Summary

To ensure a smooth continuum of care, the remote Scheduler will manage the booking and scheduling of procedures and appointments while monitoring procedure room schedules to maximize utilization and efficient patient flow.

Key responsibilities

• Book and schedule procedures and appointments for patients
• Monitor procedure room schedules to enhance utilization and patient flow
• Ensure continuity of care from pre- to post-procedure for patients

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One year of medical office experience required
