Job Summary

To support efficient scheduling operations, the part-time Scheduler for Home Equity Services will manage appointment scheduling with Signing Agents, confirm details with borrowers, and maintain relationships with team members, all while working remotely during specific shifts from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments with Signing Agents and borrowers
• Monitor the scheduling queue to ensure client turn times are met
• Review special instructions and order notes for accurate scheduling

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Demonstrated good communication and customer service skills
