Job Summary

Supporting Pod 2 DMG-Oncology/Infusion/Wound, the full-time Scheduler I will coordinate patient appointments, manage referrals, and ensure accurate data entry into the electronic medical system while training onsite in Wisconsin.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates scheduling and referrals to healthcare providers, obtaining necessary approvals for changes or cancellations
• Maintains and updates provider contact information and ensures compliance with site-specific protocols
• Enters all medical appointments and patient information into the electronic medical system accurately

Required qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of relevant work experience
• No prior experience required
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and data entry
• Familiarity with electronic medical systems is a plus
• Willingness to follow site-specific protocols and documentation requirements
