Job Summary

To support patient scheduling needs, the part-time Scheduler I will coordinate appointments and referrals, ensuring accurate data entry into the electronic medical system while initially training onsite before transitioning to a remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates scheduling and referrals to healthcare providers, managing changes and cancellations as necessary
• Maintains and updates provider contact information and ensures compliance with site-specific protocols
• Enters all medical appointments and patient information into the electronic medical system accurately

Required qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of relevant work experience
• No prior experience required
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and data entry
