Job Summary

To support a mission-driven organization, the full-time Scheduler I, Call Center will manage incoming calls, assist customers with scheduling and demographic information, and ensure accurate patient care coordination while working remotely from the Denver Metro Area.

Key responsibilities
  • Answers incoming calls courteously, utilizing resources to resolve customer requests and direct calls as necessary
  • Schedules appointments according to patient requests and provider availability, adhering to established guidelines
  • Educates customers on additional services and resources to enhance their experience and meet their needs
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of customer service or healthcare experience required
  • Familiarity with healthcare concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Knowledge of standardized scheduling and commercial insurance referral processes preferred
  • Proficiency in typing at least 40 words per minute and using PC applications
