Scheduler Lead - Associate Director

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Associate Director Scheduler Lead in Data Center Construction, this role will manage scheduling for large construction projects, ensuring adherence to planning methodologies and optimizing resource use while working in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring compliance with established methodologies
• Analyze schedule data to identify trends and communicate findings to the Project Director and team
• Lead the planning team, providing coaching and mentoring while managing schedule updates and reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field; a graduate degree is preferred
• Minimum 8 years of relevant scheduling experience in the construction industry
• Proficient in Primavera Project Planner 6.0 or above and Microsoft Project
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder project environments
• Ability to assist with wider business initiatives, including responding to RFPs
