Scheduler Logistician

Job Summary

To support transition scheduling and logistics coordination for a mission-critical enterprise IT program, the remote Scheduler Logistician will build and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule, track IT equipment movement, and ensure supply chain visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule
• Track transition milestones, dependencies, risks, and staffing conflicts
• Coordinate schedule inputs from Program, Operations, and functional leads

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, IT, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in scheduling, logistics, supply chain tracking, project coordination, or program operations
• Experience maintaining schedules, trackers, shipment logs, or milestone plans
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and working knowledge of Microsoft Project
• Ability to obtain and maintain DHS suitability and required clearances
