Leading the scheduling function for all projects, the remote Scheduler Manager will oversee scheduling standards, review project schedules for accuracy, and mentor scheduling personnel while ensuring alignment with construction realities.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and enforce scheduling standards and best practices across projects
- Review and approve project schedules, updates, and forecasts for accuracy and consistency
- Coach and develop schedulers to enhance their technical capabilities and performance
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of construction scheduling experience with strong Primavera P6 expertise
- Prior leadership, management, or supervisory experience required
- Strong background in field operations, supervision, or project management
- Advanced understanding of CPM scheduling principles and construction sequencing
- Proven ability to review and improve complex construction schedules
