Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduler / Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a world-class patient experience through positive interactions via phone, chat, and email
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments while pre-registering patients using EPIC
  • Identify and resolve patient needs to achieve First Call Resolution (FCR) and manage Average Handle Time (AHT)
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of standard office procedures and equipment
  • Associate degree or higher in a related field is preferred
  • 1+ year of healthcare or call center experience is preferred
