Scheduler Planner - Data Center

Job Summary

Fluent in Portuguese, the full-time Scheduler Planner - Data Center will lead integrated planning and scheduling for large-scale data center construction projects across North America and LATAM, utilizing Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to develop and maintain detailed schedules while communicating risks and trends to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling support for large-scale data center construction projects
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules, milestone tracking, and schedule reporting outputs
• Communicate schedule risks, impacts, and recovery options to project teams and senior stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Fluency in Portuguese
• 7+ years of expert-level planning and scheduling experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Experience in managing medium-to-large capital programs, particularly in data center construction
• Strong knowledge of critical path method scheduling and schedule risk identification
• Ability to analyze EPC plans and communicate mitigation strategies effectively
