Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain acceptable ACD call statistics and demonstrate proficiency in call control
- Accurately perform customer transfers, call distribution, and data entry using call center software
- Participate in department meetings and adhere to organizational policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Two years of college education
- Basic typing skills of 35 words per minute
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology
