Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain acceptable ACD call statistics and demonstrate proficiency in call control
  • Accurately perform customer transfers, call distribution, and data entry using call center software
  • Participate in department meetings and adhere to organizational policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: Two years of college education
  • Basic typing skills of 35 words per minute
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology
