A company is looking for a Scheduler - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficiently navigate the scheduling system, entering and reviewing surgical cases from various sources
• Answer phone calls and communicate with patients, facilities, and providers to facilitate schedule changes
• Assist in maintaining daily logs and perform call trades under direction

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1-3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of medical practices and terminology
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with a multi-line phone system and ability to handle a high volume of work
