A company is looking for a Scheduler Remote located in South Carolina.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle multiple phone lines while providing excellent communication and telephone etiquette
• Master in-house software to accurately schedule various imaging modalities and input clinical data
• Maintain rapport with referring providers and create positive patient experiences through professionalism and customer service

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0 - 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting or high-volume call center
• Excellent typing skills (40+ WPM) with a focus on accuracy
• Knowledge of medical terminology and health insurances
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office software
